This was the first time visiting this car wash based of a recommendation and multiple good reviews online.

There were multiple issues I had with this car wash:

  1. They pressure washed my car, put soap, used a mitt to scrub and then pressure washed it. Still, there were dirt spots on the car. I don't understand how that would be possible.

  2. The guy washing my car pressured me into buying an Engine Degreaser to rinse off the brake dust on my rims and charged 2KD for it. Cleaning of the exterior and interior of my car costed 2.5KD.

  3. The guys wiping the water off the car used old cloths which made the car have streaks all over. I repeatedly pointed out to them about how every single window of the car had streaks and they tried again and I just gave up because to even point that out is pathetic.

  4. The interior of the car still had dust in so many places. The speedometer panel had water spots on it.

  5. They didn't vacuum the trunk of my car. They didn't vacuum the underside of the seat.

  6. Once everything was done, the guys who rinsed the car stood near the car staring at me to give them something. It was an extremely awkward situation with them standing next to the driver's door. I had to pay them for a bad job that any other car wash could do perfectly.
