  In addition to Mr. Syed sheik Mohamed (who commented earlier). Really shame on your management and staffs of this company. On nov 2018 i have been selected as secretary in an interview and issued offer letter at the same time and more important thing is that there are no arguments or negotiations regarding the salaries during the interview.
  
  After the selection, the agent in india(kochi) has collected the passport and the advance money and kept under their custody for 4 months without any further improvements. Then myself collected back my passport and money. It was happened on march 2019 (remember its already finished 5 months after interview). Then again in the mid week of april 2019 the said agent in kochi(india) asked to return the passport and money in order to do the medical examination. As per their request i did my medical and at the same day itself it got passed and submitted to the agent for visa stamping. After 2 months there is no such information regarding the visa status and ticket confirmation from the agent as well as from the reputed company (I repeat reputed group of companies).
  
  Actually now the visa has been expired last month (on 30.06.2019) and when enquired with the management of this company said they will renew the visa but they cannot able to issue the ticket and i have to wait until my old ages.
  
  Really shame on you and your management for untrustworthy behaviour if you don't want us then why are you playing with one's career and time. I lost my valuable time more than money and job. When i am contacting them then they are giving false promises that soon they will issue ticket and so on.
  
  But I will raise my voice and will find laws against these corruptions one day when i acquire some power in all the ways to stop this corruption and false promises. But unfortunately i am from lower income family and don't have much influence in any manner to raise a complaint against you.
  
  Note : I lost my 9 months till now until the date of interview on nov 2018 and during these days i am jobless because i trusted in the words of the agent and the company's management.
  
  Don't trust them.
  
  And don't get engaged in recruitments anymore before the tender got awarded or before the confirmation of the project. I think you don't have any expert analyst working with you to give opinion on these conditions even being reputed group in the middle east.

  In India I got selected in this company 15th Dec 2018. while interview they given commencement date within three months.
  After three months (Mar 2019), agent given instruction to me this company applied visa for engineers to KSE. so they told wait two more months to get visa.
  
  Now almost 7months over. if ask this company they said get passport from agent because currently no need engineers.
  
  Already i have offer letter from in this company which given in interview. and im more suffered mentally as well as finacially because of waiting for this job.
  
  Simply they playing valuable time of others.
