Not organize hospital,. When you ask the staff they dont know the answer, they said i dont know and check in other reception. And when we get to the correct reception for the dept. Staff was very rude and unpolite.

I am really impressed by service here though there is some difference but over all good service to patient for life critical patient nurses are doing very well to cure and serve people they are really salutable service like cleaning patient toilet and all. Doctors are also providing very good service to patient. But for diagnosis and decision making is very slow what I feel here may be wrong also.

Is it a dirty toilet in a rich and developed country? Wait 1 hour for the doctor. Worst Hospital in the world I've ever met, low quality, unorganized service, the hospital in the Philippines (the poorest in Asia) is better than this!

Good place, but few things came up to my concern
1. Lack of direction boards in English to the particular department
2. Higher authorities are fully from Arabic based countries, language seems to be barrier for non Arabic speakers
3. Nurses treat you like animals
On the other-hand you get a quality medical care from ministry of health

Good Felicities But once i got sick one elderly old Indian Arrogant Nurse did not helped me i was mis guided .Go with somebody know well about the hospital otherwise you have to walk walk walk along here and there .I tiered that day but i found myself the Doctor They treated me nicely

Adan hospital is very famous and a last stop for everybody. I mean you don’t need to go anywhere else, all medication and diagnosis will be done here. All serious injuries and illness is treated well here.

Well equipped, government funded and public hospital. Consultations and medicines are free if you are an employee under government sector or semi government sector. Even private companies employee can get treatment all free. Only 5 kd of first time contribution should be done.

A very good hospital with modern equipment. All the money that is invested by the government is in vain because of incompetent so called doctors. Kuwait government should get rid of these doctors who are risking the life of patients. For the amount of money the Government is spending, they can hire excellent doctors from different parts of the world and get rid of these Egyptian "Doctors". I strongly suggest a qualified, independent agency should check the certificates of these doctors. If these certificates are found genuine, they should check the Medical Colleges of Egypt for the curriculum and quality of their education system.

Great service but very busy. My heart goes out to the doctors and nurses there. I saw how busy they were and how may patients that they had, and I was impressed with the service that I received. Just a little confusing at first because u have to buy a stamp at a machine to process paperwork. I 100% agree with other posts that they do have good doctors there.
