  Have to give it 4 stars. My parcel had come long ago and no one bothered to inform me. However when I went there in the hope that my parcel had come, it was there lying IDK since how long. Anyways, the process was super easy and staff were friendly. Really appreciate their behavior :)

  The New Kuwait Postal services, parcels arrivals delivery section. New and clean and well organized center to collect postal parcels. The staff are nice and friendly and the service is fast. If you ever recurve and parcels, then here where you have to collect it. Covers both personnel and commercial parcels. Also adequate parking spots available. There are several other governmental agencies around.
  Fees are 1KD + 2.5KD + 5% tax of your goods price. Now they have knet service.

  They ask for k. D 3.5 for every single shipment no matter how small it is despite being government post office.

  One of the best post offices i have visited in kuwait . Employees are very decent and understandable . Place is well organized and clean . Fees are set .1 KD stamp and starting 2.500KD costumes fees

  المكان يالمسؤولين يبيله لوحه كبيره تبين مكانكم .. نص ساعه وانا افتر دار مدار المكان .. طابعين لي ورق A4 وملزقينهم يم بعض وين يبينون والميت المصري الي بكول سنتر نفسيه لعنت خيره بالتلفون يقولي هوه مبنى كيربي او مثل الكرفان جنب المخفر الطقعان

  if you’ve ordered something online and shipped it to Kuwait via snail mail (USPS for example), you now need to pick up your package from Al Sadiq and not Kaifan.
