its a must go place lots of activities for the kids and a lot of choices you can choose from for the restaurants horse is not cheap 1kd for just 1 spin which 1min ride in the weekends the place is crowded and kids run around alot of them :) the place is far from kuwait city around an hour and half most of vistors come in buses

Bab dokalh farm in al abdali near the Kuwaiti Iraqi border
It took us a 1:45 min to arrive there from Kuwait City
Free admission, design in a Moroccan style (because they help build the place)

Open in weekends (Friday & Saturday) winter only

A day well spent with my husband we were exploring the farms in abdali, I gotta say it was one of the best farms there

It’s kinda of a mini zoo
Make sure to carry cash because the restaurants are expensive
They have a prayer room and toilets

Came here on the prophets birthday (holiday) absolutely atrocious experience. Too many people, queues for the food stalls (not restaurants, there are no restaurants) were an hour wait. Then to find a seat to actually eat was impossible. Ended up feeding the kids and myself in the car. Food is overpriced as well. 2.750 for a box of noodles, 2.500 for a burger. Very few animals to see. All in all drove an hour and a half to stand in a queue for an hour and a half to eat overpriced food then to drive home for an hour and a half. Never again. Even if it's not a holiday. Not worth it

Although it was quite the drive, the final destination was not disappointing at all.
Decent amount of animals. I expected to agricultural farmimg area.
Never the less make sure to carry cash as the restaurants are very expensive. If you are a budget person then i would suggest to carry snacks along.

A few hours will spent with the family with lots of animals to see, kinda like a mini zoo. Food from outside is not allowed so be prepared with cash only payment for kids rides and food. They have a very clean bathroom and a decent size room for prayers.
