If you live in Hawaii Governorate and are applying for a driver's license, you need to visit your nearest Citizen Services office (pronounced in Arabic: Khadamt El Mowatin), complete the needed paperwork, and than head to this place: Qurtubah Police Station - Vision Examination Bldg. If you go early in the morning, you should finish in less than five minutes. They also have an afternoon working hours, which are 4:30pm to 8:30pm.
