The restaurant and park area are pretty nice you can have a nice dessert at any of the in door/out door coffees and then have a walk around the flat square park, it's nice for families, friends and couples. Pets, smoking, and bbq are not allowed

I thought that the culture center is consistent od only number of halls, however there are great collection of restaurant and coffee shop in front of the dancing fountain.

Enjoy the fountain show every half hour and talk a walk into the center beautiful garden.

Great place for walking and enjoying your time. It has many activities especially watching the dancing fountain which turns on every 15-30 minutes. Also, the place is very good to have food from most famous restaurants that serve Kuwaiti and international food.

First, the place is amazing, just look at the pictures. Second, there are great collection of restaurants and coffee shops where you can verity of cuisines. Plus you just can go there and walk. However, with the hot and humid summer we have, i would only recommend this place between October and March.

Amazing place and it feels like you are not in Kuwait. Until you hit the traffic trying to get out of the basement parking where even the most civilised locals tussle to be first in line at the exit ramp

The new opera house of Kuwait is a modern venue with some small items at display and several halls for concerts and exhibitions.

Accessing the gardens and inner yards is often blocked thus you cannot enjoy the building's architecture from close which is a real disappointment. Additionally, the security only lets you leave from one door which can mean that you need to walk for more than two kilometers going around the building to reach you start up point. Like all Kuwait the Opera House is build around the fact that you drive a car.

It's a wonderful place. It has extensive gardens and pathways. The main attraction is the musical fountain which operates every half hour. It plays very nice music and the light and water show is worth seeing. Ringing the fountain are multiple upscale to reasonable restaurants with outdoor seating and with menu placards on display outside. A great place to spend an entire evening with kids or alone with ur loved one.

Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center (sjaac)
A stunning architectural design was opened in October 31, 2016
The center contains several halls, such as the national theater (opera), Drama theater, multi-purpose hall, a conference hall and other seminars also contains a cinema hall
From the outside there are some restaurants and also the fountain
As a citizen I am proud of this architectural masterpiece and this teacher civilized I think it will be a teacher of tourism landmarks in Kuwait
