Nice hotel and friendly helpful staff, basically just a jump off for events at the kintex. Far from seoul but nice area, go to the lake park! Weird that you have to pay to use the spa though.

This hotel was beautiful and very comfortable, but it has some glaring flaws. I love the breakfast included in our room price, but other than that, there wasn't a single affordable food option. Room service was expensive and not very good (don't get the burger!) Both restaurants were incredibly expensive - my husband and I couldn't even eat there. The cafe was nice, but it was $22 for a pre-made, forgettable club sandwich and $14 for an iced coffee!! The cake was delicious. There was no coffee maker in the room and the air conditioning didn't work. They had a maintenance guy come bang around in the ceiling, but it did nothing. The hotel is also surrounded by nothing but construction and bare land for 2 or more blocks in all directions. I'd definitely try somewhere else if I had to go to S Korea again.
