Room is clean. Need to bring or buy amenities. Location can be quite difficult. Best to get off at 4 exit seolleung.

지하 주차장으로 내려가는 차량 엘리베이터가 오작동을 일으켜 차량외부의 샤크 안테나가 파손되었습니다. 수리비가 55만원이 나왔는데도 서울레지던스 측에서는 '책임소재'가 없다는 이유만 대고 명백한 책임소재가 있는데도 불구하고 책임을 회비하였습니다. 녹화된 CCTV가 있고 그 화면을 보면 명백히 기계장치의 오작동임에도 불구하고 말입니다. 숙박이란 방을 비롯한 부대 시설을 이용하는 계약입니다. 하지만 이곳 서울 레지전스에서는 그 어떠한 책임도 지려고 하지 않는군요. 확실한 증거가 있는데도 변상을 거부하는 서울레지던스를 온라인 고발합니다. 조심하세요. 일반 엘리베이터라도 고장이나서 다치거나 하면 모두 이용자가 잘못이라고 말할 곳입니다.

교통이 편리합니다
와이파이는 아주 느리고 수압이 낮아요
