Very comfortable hotel. Hotel located out of sight from main road, behind shop office. Night walk to hotel bit dark but only a short walk. Convenient shop and pharmacies near by, Local food shops within walking distance. Rooms with working table and laptop ready but in korean language.

Nice place to stay. Staff can generally speak English. Location is very near metro. Many choices of eateries in nearby smaller lanes at reasonable prices.

The bath room water pressure is excellent. RIAN should improve its maintenance on more regular dust clearing.

Got the family 3 person room. Spacious and clean room. Plenty of space for 3 people. Hotel was a little difficult to find. Wasn't on main road.

Room was quite small but overall it was comfortable enough to accommodate us for 8 nights except that their breakfast menu usually stay the same. It was really near the subway station and there's also airport bus available near the subway station. Also,there are many restaurants, cafes and even convenience store around the hotel which is super convenient for us to get our supper / breakfast

This is a quite new hotel, with large room. the interior is quite contemporary. Price is reasonable. Taxi might have difficulty to access to this hotel because it is located in an ally.

Great location - Jongno-3ga station (3 subway lines). Walk to lots of restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is poorly lit. Housekeeping is inconsistent (some days 2 each shampoo, conditioner, body wash; some days 1 shampoo, no conditioner, too much body wash); but if you call the front desk to request anything, they're very quick at bringing it up.

Hotel was in a good location and rooms were great. Hotel staff also assisted to help store our luggage for a few days. However, we experienced some bad service on one of the days of our stay.

We had requested for help to assist with calling up supper delivery on the night of 1st Dec 2016, but the front desk office staff insisted on not helping to order, despite us telling them that we had done so in many other hotels in Seoul. When finally we got one female staff to help call up, the male staff deliberately spoke in Korean to prevent us from understanding, trying to deter the female staff from ordering for us. Because of this, we are deeply concerned with the attitude of the staff being employed, as it reflects poorly on the hotel management.
