2021.8. A building in Seongnam Pangyo Techno Valley. There are two buildings, A and B, and there are some convenience facilities such as Nonghyup, coffee shop, and restaurant. There is Oul Park at the back of the building, so it's okay to walk out of the building for a while, and it's an open space, so it has a good sense of openness.

Nice business area with a lots of IT company offices. There is a beautiful park in between two buildings. In cherry blossom and speing, autumn season the place looks very beautiful. Only negetive matter about this place is that there is not much good restaurants here.

Very big and spacious building. Public transportation is available. CCTVs are installed are installed on all possible entrances. Information counter is available on first floor
