Amazing venue and stadium. I played in the 2017 Korea Open Superseries, a top level badminton tournament there and got to see the majority of the stadium and grounds surrounding it. Lots of spectator seating and amenities in the stadium and can easily be adapted to host and suit a wide range of sporting events. Help desks are around and signage for locations is visible throughout. Lots of if not all the Olympic associations appear to have their offices located in one wing of the stadium.
Although there are English directions for non Korean speakers; the helps around speak little to no English. For a major international place like this, they should have people who speak foreign languages as well. That's the only reason im rating it 4 stars.
2PM concert ,stop in here, I so sad(つд⊂)
I was here for TWICE's concert. I think the size of the gym is just right. And the entire park is whole a visit.
Concert wise, there is both good and bad. Good that it is a small hall that house a 6000 people concert meaning you are very close to the performers. Bad because it is a sports ground after all, not designed for good sound quality. However, a stroll into the Olympic Park is nice just before the concert.
it's a gymnasium, not so good as a concert venue in terms of sound.
