Decent dmz-jsa tour, responsive via email and tour guide is friendly

This tour was professional and very well run. We were cared for meticulously and we appreciated the staff and guide, and of course the North Korean Defector -Shinsook Park. Our guide Lee HyeJung was awesome! She was funny and very informative. We had a great time. We were safe and boy Lee Hye Jung really knew how to speak to the soldiers! It was a very good tour. North Korea was scary but the staff made us feel safe. The JSA tour was amazing. Great job!

I am only giving this tour 4 stars because I originally booked the JSA and DMZ Tour but because the JSA is shut down for awhile they were able to get me on the One Korea tour with North Korean defector. I really liked this tour and Gina the tour guide did her best to make sure everything went smoothly - we saw everything that was listed for this tour and I enjoyed the lunch and I liked the shopping at the end! Wasn’t a jewelry store like some people are saying, but rather Korean goods like food!!!! Overall really nice ladies work at this company and I have no complaints. I just wish I could have seen the JSA but it’s not their fault.

Quite a disapointment.
Make sure to book the good tour. As the JSA is closed (an has been for 6 months, contrary to what they'll say to you "we just learned today thats it's closed until further notice"), that leaves you with the DMZ tour with or without north korean defector. My dates alowed me to do the DMZ without KD.
English tour guide was hardly understandable, organization was messy ( it took them one hour to get us on the right bus). We went on and listened to another guide from an other tour instead.
The 3 main stops are great if your tour guide is good.
Although you'll notice two more stops, one on the way there and one on the way back.
On the way there you'll get to see shops shops shops shops and more shops with 20min to shop for made in china souvenirs (loss of my time)
And on the way back, mandatory stop at some jewelry in Seoul for DUTY FREE DUTY FREE DUTY FREE.
Would not recommend this tour, however the things we saw at the DMZ were quite interrestingresponse / report this review -

It was wonderful to have the opportunity visit North Korea. The 38th Parallel isn't a definite tourist spot, but it was informative and educational, if not a bit scary. The UN did a great job at debriefing. Thanks!

I was actually unable to book a tour due to scheduling issues, but the agency was extremely professional, helpful and apologetic with my issues. I was impressed and would definitely recommend them for their professional attitude.
