The hotel is located in the busy part of downtown Ulsan. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and snacking places, and the hotel is a landmark in the vicinity.
Stayed just one night. Everything was very nice about the hotel, but there is no room service due to Corona. We were allowed one entrance to the sauna bath located on 4th floor which was nice if you are into this kind of bath thing. Gym is also there.
Reception desk is located on 21st floor together with the clib lounge. Staff ate very friendly and helpful. If there is rain, hotel umbrella can be borrowed on 1st floor.response / report this review -

One of the best available hotels in the surrounding area but keep in mind the hotel is a bit old specially the lobby but the rooms are renovated

It's the nicest hotel in town. Good spa, and nice restaurant. I have to say it though, they don't treat you like you're at a 5 star hotel.
There's a mall attached. Which can be nice, but you don't really get the service you would expect at a 5 star restaurant.
You have to fight for parking with shoppers.
The staff doesn't leave you with a feeling that they genuinely care.

Big and good rooms with superb view Friendly staff.. clean and quite with good location.. may think to increase the breakfast time till 10:00 and keep the fitness center alongwith pool open on Sundays too Overall a great experience..
