One of the best airports I've visited. Vast food options while waiting for your flight. Nice staff and accommodating. Readable signs and directions. Clean air. Good place.
Amazing facilities and amenities. Good connectivity and helpful staff around to guide you through. They also host periodic shows and demonstrations to display their legacy and everything in and around Korea. Like the guests facilities at the airport and the timely management of flights and other services. The security is also very friendly and supportive.
Very nice airport. Big, easily visible signs and directions. Clean & spacious with great food vendor options and not to mention the shops. No wonder they always belong to the top 10 best airports in the world. I can actually hang out in this airport without travelling or flying.
Good local food options, as well as some international standards, such as Burger King. There just aren't as many options as other airports. Especially for coffee or a wine/beer, depending on the time of day Terminals are larger, with more seats, than most airports that I have come across. There are also some great, free charging stations that cater for a few different types of power points, and even more useful, USB ports. Take a cable.
Love this airport. There's every sort of food option you could want and more! Was pleasantly surprised to see "Jamba Juice" during my time spent at the airport. Passed through two times, each time it was a joy. The convenient public transit system affiliated with the terminal can take you to Seoul very easily and that also makes this airport world class!
A big modern international airport, should have 5 stars but ruined by the poor immigration arrangements.
Landed on Sat 5:30 pm, already walking extremely fast, but hindered by the 5 mins frequency monorail to custom, and then only 8 counters open for checking international passport visitors.
I lost One hour just waiting in the line to pass through the custom. It is even a mess during Lunar Chinese New Year. 😤😤
A great airport! Had a twelve hour layover at Incheon and almost wished it was longer. If you've got time to kill, the Jim Jil Bang (Korean spa) is a pretty cheap and nice way to pass the time while experiencing a bit of Korean culture. The food courts also offer an awesome selection.
To me this is the best airport in the whole world. Lots of things to do. There are relaxation and sleeping areas. If you have a long layover, there is a free Korean tour and they will keep your luggage for you. Amazing airport and clean.
The airport is vast and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful but a lot don't know enough to help. The waiting lines are extremely long at certain check-in gates. Depends on how lucky you are. Make sure to come really early. My friend got there 3 hours prior to boarding and we just barely made it. There were all kinds of unforseen problems. There are all kinds restaurants to eat at and places for sightseeing. If you have time you can spend some time walking around the airport.
Terrific airport. Lots to do and plenty of shopping. Fairly well laid out. Security is efficient enough. Nicely built and designed. One of the best in the world for sure. Only unfortunate point is that it's quite far removed from the main part of Seoul so you do need to budget extra time to get to/from the airport.
Everything about this airport is great EXCEPT the staff Nobody tries to help you! And when you approach any staff members whether they be information, tax refund, or check in clerks they push you away or are stone cold They really need to better their service if they expect to host the Olympics next year
Really Fast Internet, with strong signal everywhere at Incheon airport, and no password required!!
I arrived around noon time, security and custom does not take long, and baggage claim is really efficient!!!
The only downside is food, food prices, especially meat, is super expensive. Even in Singapore business class lounge you would only get tiny bit of food.
Great airport for transfers. Good shopping and food options, and ample spaces to rest between flights. The transit hotel is comfortable and decently enough priced when you need to get away from more crowded areas
So far one of the best airports I've ever been visited. The place is very clean and cozy. I love their fast wifi connection too. Seats are comfortable while you wait for your flight.
This airport is one of the best international airports I've been to. Its clean, & such as plentiful space, Incheon looked like a Zen Auditorium with such a silence though you are filled with people around. Free wifi is an added bonus to stay entertained during long layovers. Finally, the officers and staff are more friendlier & Food is pretty great!
