Great location with view! Spacious room ! But depending on the staff some services failed..so got issues.

Great hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was great and the personal helpful. My only complaint is that the room had a terrible view at the constructions and a zone full of trash, and due to that it was noisy.

Great location. Close to beach, bus and subway/metro. Check in fast and friendly. The room was nice, beds great. But skip the breakfast! We arrived at 9:30 (breakfast is till 10:30), no more coffee, juices, water or even cups. Overall the hotel didn’t look clean. No good in times of a pandemic.

Not great. The breakfast was especially a weird experience; things didn’t get refilled, the tables didn’t get cleaned and the food was just plain bad. There is no storage space in the bathroom so I had to walk all the way across the room to get stuff, the only positive design choice that was made was the standard ‘being able to charge your phone next to your bed.’

Great location, walking distance from the beach and Haeundae beach Main Street. The room was kinda small but it’s neat and clean, staffs are nice although you have to pay extra for the parking. Had a great 2 nights staying at the hotel
