  It was a bit of a schlep to go all the way to the top floor to check in, only to go down 6 floors again, to my room. On check out day, it was a schlep to check out on the 17th floor and then have to go all the way to Ground floor to exit. There is therefore no lobby / waiting area, while awaiting transportation.
  When checking out I mentioned that i would pay cash for the alcohol I had consumed, the rest being charged to my company. The Service Agent had difficulty understanding me and after we had completed the transaction, he stated that he could not void the account and issue me a new one (minus the alcohol), as the computer system could not do that.
  Also have more Service Agents at the desk when it could be peak time - check out time specifically.
  A few more entertaining English channels on TV would be great.
  Thanks for accommodating me for a "late" dinner - after 9:30 PM.
  Food - dinner and breakfast was very good.
  WiFi excellent.
  Possibly introduce face cloths in the rooms.

  Service was excellent during our stay. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Location was a bit out of the way and we had a bit of a problem getting a taxi back to the hotel despite showing the address in Korean to the drivers. However, hotel is connected nearby to the subway.
  Rooms were clean and comfortable for the price paid.

  Conveniently located with metro station and bus stops literally at the hotel front door. Check in was swift and easy and the room is decent in size and has all the standard amenities. The breakfast is adequate considering it is an ibis and the restaurant is bright with view of the bustling traffic. There are starbucks and convenient store at street level and even a hair salon if you needed one.

  The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and next to one of those underground shopping street exits. Well connected to the subway system to get around the city. Facility is nicely decorated, clean, and adequate room size. May be the TV can be upgraded to a little bit bigger one for today's viewing. Increase the counter space inside the bath room if possible. Shelf space seems to be limited even with two people.

  My stay is comfortable. The room is clean and happy to get upgraded to larger room. The breakfast is good with numerous choice. However, the negative side is the toilet flushing is not working properly, sometimes it cannot be flushed. And one bed is facing air-conditioner made person sleeping there easily feel cold. Overall still feel above average satisfaction although it is not perfect stay.

  Location is ok, but FD is not as good as HSKP dept, They don't take my laundry at 9:30am, only passed 30 mins, I don't believe it would cause ay problem.

  Nice location, 5 min walk from bujeo MRT station. 15 min walk to train station. A local and tranditional market is nearby hotel. You can get food and drinks easily.

  Nice hotel, large and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
  Excellent food choice.
  The only problem I have noticed is the traffic noise from outside,all night long.
  This fact is affecting the sleep/ rest quality.
