Clean spacious rooms with sea views. Pool and spa are good and can be used with a fee. Staff are not very friendly nor helpful

We really love this hotel. The pool was awesome and warm even when it was cold outside. The breakfast buffet was on point and the room very clean. So close to the beach and it was good to take a walk in the morning or at night with your love one and talk about life. Highly recommended.

Very high-end hotel right on the beach, with exceptional complimentary kid entertainment facilities on floor B1. Pools and spa are perfect. Don't miss out on the BMW Driving Experience which should be booked in advance. Staff are outstanding.

Sukiyaki restaurant was amazing. The staff could have been a little more spread out because no one was available to take our order for 10 minutes. Perhaps add a table bell for efficiency of the customers and staff. Besides that the restaurant and hotel experience was great!

Great services and kind staffs. Many options for entertaining kids. Love their rooftop pool and room was clean & comfortable.
