  Very pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and quiet. English language is sufficient to communicate inside in the hotel.

  Bit old facility and less accessibility.

  Hotel is kinda far. But Margaret has been an outstanding, excellent customer service. Our debt card was stuck in the ATM machine at the 7-11 store next to the hotel. Margaret saw us kept going in n out of the hotel. So she ask "can she help us with anything?" So we told her about our debt card got stuck in the ATM machine. She offer to stay at the 7-11 store and wait for someone to open the machine to retrieve the card for us while we go out and have fun. We were so surprise someone actually would do that for us. We were so grateful and speechless. I think Margaret should get a raise and promotion.

  The hotel staff is friendly and professional especially concerige. However the amenity in room is just everage. The sleeper in room is reusable one which is not hygeine. If you request extra towel, it cost you 2 dollor. It is cost effective one.

  The hotel is located in South West Seoul approx 40 50 minutes away from Han river. Nice accommodation, cleanliness and hospitality. Staff is very polite and helpful as every Korean is. A lot of food shops are present 1 or 2 blocks away.

  The room was good. Staff was very friendly. Very bad location, nearest subway station is 20 mins walking.

  me and my office mates stayed at this hotel few times. its a nice place, its best is it's staff very friendly and helping, breakfast has good options. rooms are neat and clean. one thing missing not so many options for foreigner food. mostly Korean dishes. I hope i will find more continental food on my next stay.
