  가격대비 관리가 별로입니다 전체적으로는 관리되고있는듯하나 쓰레기통이 안비워져있고 세면대에 모래, 비데는 정상작동안하고 실망했습니다

  메인 입구에 체크인을 위한 차량 진입이 안되는게 불편하네요.
  
  하지만 방은 크지 않지만 깔끔하네요.
  지금도 계속 리모델링 진행중이네요

  서해안 가족 여행 중 안면도 다음으로 들린 대천에서의 숙소.
  
  과거 평가는 청결도 및 낙후된 시설이라는 글들을 봤으나 실제 묵어보니 청결도 우수하고 로비 직원의 친절도도 우수함. (2017년 2월 눈발내리는 겨울이었는게 보일러를 너무 빵빵하게 틀어놔서 밤에 쪄죽을 수 있음 ㅋ)
  
  대천 해수욕장과 매우 가깝고 주변에 식당도 많아 대천 여행시 최적의 숙소가 아닐까 함. 12층에 익스피디아 예약으로 1박 TAX등 다 포함해서 95,000원에 묵었는데 매우 만족.

  방 깔끔하고 고층에서 바라보는 오견 뷰가 좋았습니다. 겨울에 더울 정도로 따뜻합니다 (당시 중앙난방이라 난방을 꺼도 덥더군요). 주차장 자리가 다 찰 경우 근처 공영주차장 사용가능하고요. 다만 엘리베이터를 오래 기다리는 편이 많아 불편한 점이 있습니다.
