Alright but dilapidated. The hotel has clearly seen better days. It is conveniently located right next to the train station
Simple place to stay. Great location next to Daegu Station.
Friendly staff, possibly they are the owner and her son. The room rate is relatively low considerng it's location(just less than one minute walk from the exit of metro line 1 Daegu station) and large room space. The staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions. We arrive at the hotel very late and very hungry. We just simply ask the front where to find a restaurant. The staff didn't just tell us where to find one but brought us directly to the nearby restaurant.
Something the hotel has to improve, the air conditioner is not effective enough.
I can not give to this place negative starts, otherwise I would! We have booked 3 nights stay. It was really dirty - old toothpaste in the bathroom, hair everywhere, stink. On the small tea table in the room (yes the room was well equipped) were some small parts of the food of the previous visitor. But, however, we decided to stay here as planned. At the second day the room was cleaned (the sheets were folded) and our T-shirts were made as a ball and dropped on the sofa (yes there is a tiny sofa). But, however, we hoped that the people here are doing their best. BUT on the third day we found the door unlocked (happily nothing was missing) and a dirty, stinking rag, forgotten by the cleaning lady on the desk - the only place that we suggested was clean. We have never tried the breakfast (you can guess why). I recommend to the other visitors - just stay away. On top of everything you will be able to hear clearly every train that pass by Daegu station and you will have the opportunity to meet all the homeless people that lives in front of your window.
The only positive thing was that there are unlimited free water bottles on the 2nd floor.
Love motel nothing more nothing less. Seedy. However, cheap and walking distance to the downtown shopping bar district. Parking off road. Room was reasonably clean.
Nice clean friendly but no draw or closet space. Cable TV Access to all Movies complimentary Spa tub.
Fair price and right near a department store/subway station. Big room and the delivery food options were really good.
Spartan and clean for 60,000 won/night with an easy location just behind Daegu Station. Owners don't surreal English by are very friendly and ensured I Kew how to use the television internet and a/c upon check in.
Decent for an overnighter, but the same money will get you a much nicer room in a love motel.
