  객실이 깨끗하고 주방, 세탁을 객실에서 할 수 있고 별도의 컴퓨터도 설치되어 있어서 좋다. 개별 난방 방식으로 객실 투숙시 보일러를 켜야한다는 단점이 좀 있으나, 개별적으로 방 온도를 조절할 수 있어 결과적으로는 좋다.
