It's not big, but it's connected to all of Korea and Japan and China. If you want to eat here, do it before the security controls because on the other side there aren't many restaurants, just coffee shops.

Pro: It's small and therefore easy to navigate
Con: There aren't many choices for food
Can't have your cake and eat it too.

For those traveling to BEXCO and Haeundae, there is a shuttle bus that costs 7,000 won and is usually the smoothest ride in town. It usually takes less than an hour to get to Haeundae area hotels. Once you walk out of the airport, there are bus stops to the right. Walk down to the number 2 stop.

Long disorganized immigration queues and cold bus rides welcome you to Korea. Once through, the terminal does have some great coffee shops and restaurants to make up for the wait. Make sure to give yourself extra time for security and be prepared to have your hand luggage searched.

Dear Manager,

I got scammed at Lotte duty free at Gimhae international airport in Busan on 29 Jan 2017 at 8.07 pm.
I bought a white and black chocolate strawberry which the price is 14 US dollars from the seller that I don't know her name but her appearance is white short, pretty fat, her hair is long and tied.
She brought me to the counter where I have to make a payment.
Then I asked she many times that how much in currency of won but she didn't answer it.
I prepared the money to make the payment on my hands then suddenly she took money directly from my hands quickly which is 50000won, 10000won, 1000won and 500 won. the totally is 61500 won.
Then she handed me a bag of my purchased and she called other customer while I was waiting for my change but she didn't give me back my change and I found the bill that the price was only 16500 won.
In that time, my flight is about to board so I couldn't to do anything much.
Because I thought that if I try to ask for my change and to be proved her fault it could take very long time to recheck the calculator machine.
So I have to go back to the gate.
I didn't expect this kind of event would occur at
Lotte duty free airport.
From this email I don't want anything back in advance but just want to let the manager know on what's going on with my duty free experienced.
I just hope that this gonna be the last time this kind of scammed happen to your customer.

The best experience I had with Gimhae International Airport was when I lost my watch somewhere in the pre-departure area in the domestic terminal. When I came back a few days later, I directly went to their Lost & Found counter and it was there.

For the international terminal, a good improvement would be to add more options for dining and even shopping. At the moment, there are really limited choices.
