Sells a bit of everything - daily needs such as food and clothing as well as furniture, homewares, electronics. If you are familiar with EMart or its competitors such as Homeplus, you know what this is.

Emart is the biggest store in Sokcho where you can find pretty much anything you need, similar to department stores. It's one-stop shopping. The first floor is devoted to groceries and a small food court area. The second floor carries everything from makeup to home goods to toys to electronics to clothes. There's a small Faceshop section and Skin Food section and a few other brand-name makeup/skincare lines available here. It's open late, so it's very convenient, but just be sure to check which Sundays it's closed. Emart closes 2 Sundays every month.
