The hotel has excellent location and is in walking distance of most Seul attractions. The stuff is really friendly. Unfortunately the main lights in my room did not work, the carpet was heavily stained and the air conditioning did not work properly. Still these issues didn't bother me too much.

A great hotel at a very reasonable price. It has all the modern amenities you'll expect. It's located nice and close to most tourist site. Staff there a super friendly and helpful, definitely will stay there again.

Excellent is the word which sums up this hotel. From the standard of room in which I slept really well to the breakfast and location..it is all good..cleanliness is a high priority too.

I stayed here last winter when it was -10°C outside but a very snug 23°C inside. This establishment is very foreigner friendly and most staff speak fluent English. Their whole business model is aimed at making guests feel safe and welcome. There's an onsite convenience store (7-Eleven) that is open almost 24 hours a day save for a 3 hour hiatus in the small hours. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone visiting Seoul - solo, family, couples, business; this place is perfect for everyone.

I think the hotel is new so some parts still being modified/built. Location is excellent with access to Insadong 2 mins away. and staff efficient - changed room to non smoking on request. Airport limousine stop outside hotel. Rooms okay size. Some smell of plastic etc. Probably due to changes being made. Has coin laundry if required.

We loved both of our stays over a 3 week period. The rooms were well kept, minus the stains on the carpets. The cleaning ladies always made sure we had complimentary waters. Mini fridge, electric tea pot, and safe included in the rooms. We had single queens each stay. The bath tub is a pretty high step up/over, but was nice. A 7/11 is attached to the hotel and is awesome to have! Although they do close a bit before 1 am most nights. The restaurant in the basement was decent, mostly for the unlimited drinks! Staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great location for visiting Seoul. The room is small compared to western hotel standards, but it was comfortable and clean. Also, the staff were friendly. They do offer baggage check if you need to explore more on your last day and don't want to haul your bags around. Also, the airport bus stops very close to the hotel making it convenient.

Fantastic hotel. Near Seoul Metro, near lots of walkable touring sites; lots of food options within walking distance. If coming from ICN, there is Airport Limousine service that has a stop directly in front of the hotel. There is a 7eleven off from the lobby and a small coin-op laundry station (1 washer and 1 dryer, stacked, with a detergent and fabric softener dispensing machine). Considering my other hotels in other Asian cities, this was a fantastic room, large enough for me and my small luggage bag. I'm looking forward to staying here again.
