There are 70 species of wild flowers that flourish here, a hill commemorating the plantation of the very first tree and a spacious grassy field making this place great for ecological education.

입구에서 걸어가도 10분정도 오동조로 들어가는 버스는 800원 정도. 자전거를 대여해 주니 자전거를 이용해서 이동할 수도 있다. 동백꽃이 필 즈음 다시 와보고 깊은 곳.

붉은 동백꽃이 가득한 이른 봄의 동백섬은 형언하기 어려울 정도로 아름답네요. 오솔길 위에 내려앉아서도 그 길을 아름답게 해주는 동백꽃들입니다.

매표소에서 유람선표 안사고.. 걸어가려다가 유람선 타는곳 입구를 지나가면 아저씨들이 현금받고 그냥 타라고 잡음. 매표소의 반의 반값. ㅎㅎ

여수밤바다 노래를 들으며 걷는 사람들이 꽤 있다. 근데 노래처럼 그리 낭만적인 느낌은 아니라는

섬을 오르는 산길을 따라 등대, 용굴, 일출 명소 등이 있습니다. 광장 (?) 에 음악분수, 거북선 모형, 매점, 음식점, 버스 (?) 타는 곳 등이 모여 있습니다. 개인 차로는 못 들어갑니다.
