  아파트 지상으로 차가 다니지 않아서 낮에는 평화롭게 아이들이 자유롭게 뛰어 놀 수 있습니다. 밤에는 아파트의 따뜻한 조명으로 멋진 야경을 선사합니다. 단지 내에 개울이 흘러 사계절 온도 조절 기능을 하며. 아이들에게는 생태 교육의 장이 되어 줍니다.
