  청량산과 봉제산을 이어 주는 곳으로 터널이 신설된 이후 송도국제도시에서 제2경인 고속도로를 이어 준다. 특히 터널위 전망데크에서 송도와 인천대교를 한눈에 볼수 있어 찾는 이가 많다.
