  日本で言うところのイオンモールとか。そんな感じのショッピングモールです。
  空港でお土産買うより断然安く買えますよ。

  도대체 콜센터 HR은 누구입니까 ?
  Who the hell is the HR for the Lotte service call centre ?
  
  저희 어머니가 외국 국적으로 바뀌셔서 약 100만원 상당의 돈을 롯데 백화점 안에서 썼는데 면세 혜택을 받을수 있는지 없는지 콜센터 여직원이랑 말을 했는데. 이 김포 지점은 5층 밖에 세금 혜택을 받을수 없다네요.
  Few years ago, my mom changed her citizenship statues as she received the Canadian PR. After spending about $1000 on her clothing, cause she hasn't bought anything for herself for three years, she decided to call the service centre to whether she can receive the tax refund receipts (This is only applicable to foreigners). Apparently the lady who helped my mother claimed she can only receive the refund on 5th floor of the Gimpo department store.
  
  물론 이 정보는 잘못된 정보입니다. 거의 각 층마다 있기 때문이지요. 2년을 넘게 다녔는데, 이런 소리를 들은 것도 허무맹랑 하지만, 저희 어머니가 지하 1층에도 있다고 두 세번 설명하셨더니, 콜센터에서 "그렇게 잘 아시면 고객님이 거기가 어딘지 아시겠네요" 라고 말했답니다.
  This is a pure nonsense. My family have been visiting this department store for more than 2 years. While we were dumbfounded about how untrained the service employee was, but what was more rude was after my mother's attempt to correct the lady with right information. The lady said, "If you know it better, dear customer, then you should know where it is".
  
  저는 관광학에서 콜센터의 직업 자체가 서러운것은 알겠는데, 이렇게 말하는 콜센터 사람은 제 생에 처음 들어봅니다.
  I can definitely understand the weight of emotional labors call centre employees have to face. My major is Tourism management and during my coop, I had to deal with similar crap people would say to me. However, I have never heard this kind of rude response toward guests from a call centre employee.
  
  또한 플리츠 느와르라는 상점이 이 김포 지점에 있는데, 인터넷 검색에도 안 나오다 보니, 고객 상담 센터는 아주 없다고 계속 하더군요. 지하 1층 고객센터에서는 팜업 매장이라서 모를수 있다는데 고객 상담이 모르면 도대체 무얼 하라는 겁니까 ? 거기서 돈을 주고 옷을 사서 세금 혜택을 받고 싶은데 상점이 없다고 우기니 도대체 이걸 어떻게 해야합니까 ?
  
  Additionally, there is a store called "Flitz Noir", in the Gimpo department; yet, apparently the centre denies its existence. We went to the customer service in the Gimpo department store, located on the underground floor, and asked why call the centre employees have absolute no ideas to this. Apparently because the store is considered as a "pop up" store, a store that temporarily rent a space for short term; therefore, they can not keep updating the store lists. Then how am I suppose to get the tax refund if the call centre employees constantly deny the existence of the store; thus, REFUSING to give us the refund?

  >백화점: 하나의 거대한 롯데몰을 이루다보니 구경하고 쇼핑할 매장이 정말 많고 영화도 볼 수 있어 즐기기 좋음

  넓고 여러가지 매장이 많습니다. 김포공항 시간 많이 남으면 시간 떼우기 괜찮은 장소네요.

  음일단 직원 교육을 새로 시키시는 게 낫지 않겠어요? Soda인가 거기서 너무 마음에 드는 신발이 있었는데 직원이 너무 무례해서 ("잘 모르시는 거 같은데"라면서 훈계함, 들으라는 듯이 커다랗게 코웃음, 혀차기 등등) 도저히 살 수가 없는거에요. 그런 경험 처음이었어요 그냥 그 제품은 다른 곳 가서 사려고요. 백화점에서 직원들 때문에 쇼핑 못 한 건 처음이네요 신기함.
