  부산역에서 약간 외진쪽에 있어서 찾아가기는 힘들었다. 주차장의 경우 기계식이라서 차고가 높은 차량은 건물앞에 주차를 해야 한다. 실내에서 보이는 오션뷰가 그래도 괜찮은 편이다.
