  시설과 물품 관리상태 좋아요.
  토스트와 커피(바나나와 야쿠르트 추가제공)로 간단한 아침식사도 가능하고 친절하시고.
  안동 구시장이나 문화의거리 도보 5분이내.
  주차장이 건물내에 없는게 불편할 수 있지만 길건너에 세웠음.
