  예로부터 달기약수는 이름 난 약수터였습니다.
  개울을 따라 형성된 여러 개의 약수터 주변으로 닭백숙집이 성업중에 있으며
  청송군의 대표적인 관광음식권역이 되었습니다.
  각 집마다 특색있는 요리를 선보이고 있는데
  이곳 초막식당은 다양한 종류의 산나물이 일품인 곳입니다.
  실제 닭백숙을 먹으면서 소금이 필요하지 않은 드문 곳입니다.
  소금 대신 다양하게 제공되는 산나물 지와 함께 맛있게 먹을 수 있는 곳입니다.
