  chef Morita san serves pretty delicious sushi with non-japanese ingredients. (still, japanese ingredients are mostly better) quite hard to reserve the seat in front of him and i dont get how they charge the price. never paid same amounts.

  여기 스시면 그래도 한국에서 제일 훌륭하게 먹었다. 라고 말해도 될듯.

  Quiet, serene, luxurious setting for top-notch Japanese food (and top-notch prices) Sushi, hot-pot, noodles, it's all great.
  Most of the time, service matches the level of hotel the restaurant is a part of, but my most recent experience showed blunders on waiters part--serving noodle dish before a-la-carts sushi.
  Overall, it's a restaurant I love to visit again and again
