Spa service here
they did not provide basic necessities including iron board and iron and toothpaste. i was very surprised by the lack of amenities, as i frequently travel around the globe with lower-grade hotels providing most of these without a question. please work towards treating all your guests with respect and meeting their basic needs it is such a shame for the hotel to be located in the middle of seoul and lacking all the basics!
Very clean and well maintained hotel. Stayed here during a trip to visit friends in Seoul. A beautiful view of the River and close to transportation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Nice hotel, overall a bit pricey.
Friendly Staffs.Good Ambience
Some rooms are far from being four stars. Location is very good for morning jogging over the 1km bridge.
One of the worst hotels I've stayed in a while. The standard rooms should be avoided, because they're very outdated, including stained carpet. The beds weren't comfortable, and there was no real HVAC, just a fan control. The breakfast is OK, but nothing is particularly good.
The location is nice and it is clean, so it's not all bad. If it was listed as a 2 star hotel, I would have few complaints.
This is the worst hotel I have yet experienced. It's supposed to be 4*, but it's 2* or 3* at best. One positive thing: there's no pests living in the rooms (although there were som mosqitos and flies). Aside from that, the rooms were very dirty. When me and my boyfriend saw our room, we went straight down to the register and asked for a room change. The people there apologized and one of them took us to a different roombut this one was barely any better, so I think this must be normal in this hotel.
The carpet was very dirty, with spots everywhere. It's common for hotels to have slightly spotty carpets from previous guests, but this one was extremely dirty - it didn't look like it was ever being cleaned! There was also lots of hair on the floor, and grapestones and grapetwigs left from the previous guests. The bathroom walls were nasty too, with the first one having some kind of stuff running down the wall. There was also lots of dust all along the walls.
Our first thought was to get out of there right away, but there were no other hotels with available rooms in the area, so instead we deside to buy some cleaning supplies and clean the surfaces we would need to use. Then we discovered that the table, nightstand tops and bathroom floor, which looked worn at first, were not worn - just very dirty. It looked like no one had actually bothered washing neither! When washing the door handles, the cloth became grey right away.
Me and my boyfriend spent an hour washing the table and nightstands, bathroom, sink and shower before unpacking anything. I later also found what looked like a footprint on my bedsheets. The beds were hard and unstable (wobbly) and there was only one pillow. There's also no air conditioner, towels with holes in, power outlets that are barely attached to the wall, and others barely working, and construction work going on in the middle of the night (which didn't bother us, as we were too tired to keep awake at the end of our days). But hey, they printed our invoice on fancy paper
Has a 5 star rating. Food and service is 5 star; room is a 4 and Air conditioning is a 2 at best.
