  유서깊은 병점역 주변, 옛이름은 태안읍이다. 도시화가 급속히 진행되는 와중에 주민을 위해 제대로 조성된 공원이다. 얼마전 최고시설의 진안도서관을 품에 안으니 더욱 좋은 휴식공간이 되었다
