  It's free, but it's a bit out of the way from Seoul and not an in-depth museum about toilets and the man who improved the system. However, if you do like statues of poop, toilets, and people pooping in those toilets, it's your kind of place. There's also a culture center across the road where, if you go to the top floor, you can have some great views on the lookout deck.

  You have to have a sense of humor to go to this museumit explains the development of toilets in Koreaoutside it has very descriptive displays and explicit reconstruction of old style methods of going to the rest room and cleaning your self after..inside there is a super high tech toiletfunny and informative

  I went there as part of a city tour.
  
  It's the home of a prominent figure for toilets in Korea. But problem is that the man is not particularly well known. Hence a museum dedicated to him is just not interesting. There isn't much information about the history of toilets either. Just pictures of conferences and delegates discussing issues with toilets.
  
  Highly not recommended.
