Considering the limitations it is truly one engineering feat. It is a technological pride of NK gov once visited by US President. There was e presentation, talk and coffee if requested. You could really feel welcome. Definitely a human touch. For Westerner it might have been nothing spectacular technologically but from human side one of more relaxing places in NK.

This is the greatest dam in the whole world. It is way better than something that those capitalist pigs and American imperialists would build. Also it definitely is not the source of a famine at all. Kim Jong Un is a great leader and is totally not forcing me to write a positive review at all. North Korea is best Korea. Five Stars.
