This place is freaking awesome. Ignore the kitchen haters! We spent a few days before at the Marriott which was great. This is way better. We are here in the off season and nobody else is! Maybe 25% occupancy. Food is expensive. Take NYC prices and add 30-50%. It is strangely worth it. We got here using hotel points. Budget $75-$100 per day per person for food and drinks. There is no local competition. You can go to the shacks on nearby beaches and save 40%, but you are eating in a shack! After exploring the local options, we are planning to just suck it up and give them our dinero for the next several days. This is a great property. Highly recommended!
A few additional things to note. Valet parking and ad-hoc child care are both free. Kids ages 3-12 can be dropped off from 9-12 or 1-5 daily. The childcare facility is very nice. It has indoor and outdoor play areas, a climbing wall, a slide, etc. There is also currently no corkage fee if you bring wine to dinner.
I love this brand new property of Park Hyatt. Absolutely amazing! The landscape, the food and design of this hotel are just wonderful!! St Kitts is definitely a great vacation destination❤️
Spent on night there it was one of the more rewarding experience I ever had. Service was five star food was great and the ground and room are very beautiful. Its very expensive but its more than worth it
The facilities are top notch, especially the spa, however The kitchen is incredibly slow (in all restaurants) and they have not worked out all their kinks yet (opened in Nov 2017). The staff was incredibly friendly but also slow. Took over 3 hours to get extra towels sent to our room. Would go back in the future, but only after they have been more established.
Kindest people in the world. A solid staff, with their feet planted on the ground and Their hearts transcending this paradise on earth. Their faith and following of the Gospel, made this a surprised spiritual retreat. God bless the people of St. Kitts.
The resort is spectacular - beautiful views and excellent pool and beach areas. -1 star because we found the food lacking. All three restaurants are extremely high end (we paid $150 for two entrees and an appetizer) but the food ended up being nothing special. If you walk just off the resort there are better food options down the beach.
Me and my partner just got back from the Park Hyatt in St Kitts . The resort is absolutely beautiful, great location and very friendly staff. the only problem to me was the house cleaning. The last day there we did not get service at all. I called twice to get our room cleaned but nobody came but other than that everything was perfect. I would go back there tomorrow if I could. I loved it.
This is a stunning property. St.kitts is my favourite place. Even more so now 🌴😎 service was great as well as the food.
Was there recently for business. The people are very polite and extremely nice. The resort is absolutely gorgeous. The view is spectacular. Just love it. Thanks to all at the hotel. Wishing all of you the best. Until next time.
Beautiful hotel and grounds paired with amazing service.
The hotel is secluded by location away from the main towns and hotels, and also from the nearby public beaches (Turtle Beach) where the Cruise people come.
The rooms are beautifully appointed and at the same time high tech with the lighting and controls. Very modern, clean design with gorgeous soak tubs.
Every room faces the bay with great views of Nevis.
The pools are large and offer a lot of nooks so that you can feel more secluded. The adult pool is among columns that provide additional shade.
The staff is genuine and amazingly friendly and their willingness to help is something I have met with at any of a few hotels. Everyone from the GM to the maintenance person have introduced themselves, shook our hand and welcomed us.
The beach offers calm water and water sports are included (kayak, snorkling and paddle boards). While they do provide the equipment, this is not the ideal area for snorkling. The swim section is devoid of fish and the other part of the beach offers a tough entry onto the reef rocks.
The food at the restaurants is very good.
The place is amazing ! A must when visiting St.Kitts and Nevis.
Beautifully Built and Designed!

While the staff is new and still inexperienced, their attitude, friendliness and willingness to help is something I have met with at any of a few hotels. Everyone from the GM to the maintenance person have introduced themselves, shook our hand and welcomed us.

Absolutely stunning on a very secluded part of the island. The drive from the airport is spectacular. I stayed in building 1, it was the furthest from the lobby but I suspect the quietest. And they have plenty of golf carts shuttles.
We drove around the entrance 3x because we got different parking instructions from the staff. The lighting was way too bright and the music was obnoxious. Food was okay but the service wasn't very good at all. Waited nearly 40 minutes for the bill. For the price, I'd go to Pavilion instead.
Am still working there but it will be a jem when it's totally finished.it has a yoga mill a great spa two beautiful pools on the ground an one in each upper rooms
It's a beautiful hotel still working on but great
Because I'm currently working there in the guest rooms as a housekeeper / Cleaner
You might want to ignore the reviews previous to this post, as construction is not complete and the Park Hyatt St. Kitt is not open. It is scheduled to open November 1, 2017
Well I am helping to build the new hotel
BEST HOTEL IN ST KITTS AND ALL THE CARIBBEAN ISLANDS 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Unexpected cancelled reservation. They called me and said hotel wont be open . I paid $1000 a night for 8 nights. After fees and taxes over $9,000 total and now no one will get back to me. For $9,000 they cant pick up the phone. Now I am stuck. Flights are already booked.
