I stayed here in the first week of March 2018 and had a rather unpleasant experience. The property is very nice and the rooms are very well furnished. But I had really bad experience with the service. I stayed here for five days. On the second day of my stay I found a pair of clothes missing. I had left them on my bed in the morning and went out for work. When I came back in the evening they weren't there. It appeared that the housekeeping staff might have misplaced them while cleaning. I complained and the hotel staff kept looking for it for the next three days, or pretended to but never found it. They even had the audacity to check every piece of my luggage. And that included a small backpack containingy files.

There breakfast menu is very limited and most of the items remain out of stock. They have 5-6 options and everyday they would apologise for the lack of sausages or bacon or ham or something else, leaving with effectively one or two options to choose from.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Be aware of this hotel's sketchy practices of double charging customers. I had paid for a reservation online through a reputable website and when I showed up at the front desk, they told me the payment "did not go through" so I had to pay again in person. When checking my credit card, both charges had posted. Also, the "free breakfast included" is not free, i was charged in the morning when I grabbed some. Not staying here again! Ridiculous, money grabbing hotel. Thank God for credit card charge backs!

One of the best locations for a leisurely lunch at The Verandah. The staff are friendly, the food is great, and the view is spectacular. We will quickly become regulars here.

3.5 Stars is more like it. The facilities are well kept and the rooms are comfortable with the expected hotel amenities. Being within walking distance of the capital city center is a plus.

Staff are extremely courteous ,friendly and hardworking. Note: when the chef is not there the food quality is negatively impact, eg on May 15th. More bottled water should be placed in the rooms. Wifi quality was excellent May 14 to 20th. Food good from 16th to 20th. Upgrade of facilities should be done to host conference calls..meaning add some quality mics that drop down around the room.

Omg nothing but exceptional service! I wish I could give this place and it's staff a million stars! A woman's wedding day is the most important day of her life and OTI made sure mine was simply the BEST! My family and closest friends couldn't be with me on this day, but the staff made me feel like I was surrounded by the closest people ever! Ocean Terrace Inn is the place to be if you want exceptional service that makes you feel extremely comfortable!

The other review citing "OTI" is clearly from a hotel staff since any visitor does now know it in abbrev's. Do not stay here if you are white or from out of town. When checking in, I from Canada, was told rudely by the guy at the reception that there are 2 rates, double for "non local". $100 US per night if you are local and $200 per night if you are white or "non local". At least you could have given me the $200 price without the story behind it, assholes. Same water, same towel, same room, same bed, but double priced for tourists.

I'd like to thank the staff of the Ocean Terrace Inn for going out of their way to make our stay with them possible. They are located just down the road and across the way from the JNF Hospital in St. Kitts. I have stayed with them before, but just never took the time to show my appreciation for their TRUE hospitality. The staff at OTI made sure that our needs were met so that we could concentrate on the things that really mattered. Jahleel especially, went above and beyond in assisting us. Hospitality is more than a room or a meal. It is being able to make people feel secure when they are with you. The OTI excels in this.
