We were very unhappy with our shopping experience. We were told they would be done with our jewelry in a hour, came back 4 hours later and they didn't start yet. Our port shopping guide brought it to our room and it was done in the wrong color gold. Unfortunately we did not check the receipt and it was wrote on it incorrectly. Not at all happy, we have always gone to Kay's in St. Marteen and had good luck but this was just unacceptable.

I purchased a Gold necklace with crucifix on 04/20/2016 and yesterday the clasp broke. I have called and left a message (like that was unexpected)and emailed with no response. Now I just found out that my credit card was compromised at this location. You might consider this jewelry before purchasing there. I will say that I love the necklace. It is exactly what I was looking for.
