The food was good but the wait to get the food was way too long. Perhaps they were short staffedwe grabbed a menu ourselves, had our order ready when the waitress came to our table, ordered food and then it took almost 90 mins for the food to arrive.

Cathy's serves the best dinners in St. Kitts in my opinion. She has grilled spiny lobster (fresh daily so not always available), grilled chicken, jerk pork, grilled ribs, steamed local fish (also fresh daily), excellent rum punch, and local beers. All dinners come with a full plate of vegetables, rice and beans, macaroni pie, garden salad; these vary each night but expect plenty to eat! My favorite main course is the steamed fish with okra and hot peppers. Expect it to take some time since all the meats are cooked to order but everyone agrees that the food is incredible and sitting with your feet in the sand and sipping a drink (or two) is just about the best it can get.
