Interesting to see the south end of St. Kitts local fisherman's fleet. However, a bunch of junked boats remain all about. Clearly someone is not able to make a decision about disposing of them. Water where the boats are anchored is polluted with floating debris. Graffiti on some of the buildings dishonors the Taiwan government that provided the funds for it's construction. This could be an amazing place, if someone cared about it.
