Not bad place to stay. It will be in the interest of the owner to have the hotel a good refit.

This is one of the three best places to stay when you are in Moroni. However, it is very expensive. You do not get much for your money.

The food is good. However, the entire hotel seems a bit run down. The grounds are not kept well. The rooms are average. The pool is usually not working. The restaurant is often times crowed.

The one good point to staying here is their internet. They probably have the fastest internet anywhere in Comoros. This makes for a good place to stay if you need to still be connected to your work back home.

I stayed here for 10 days back in 2015.

Very nice and closer to moroni port having a wide area for walking and exercise. Attractive sea watching

    Hotel discription is quite misleading,

Beach Front? Technically incorrect as there is No beach just very steep and sharp Volcanic rocks, which make it very dangerous to access the sea.

Sports and Gym? Well there is an excellent Gym, the only problem is you can't use it as its locked and after a visit to reception I was told that it's closed.

Swimming Pools!!! Yes there are 2 one small and one large, both Empty!!!

Now having referenced the bad points I will say that the rooms are adequate and cleaned every day by a very friendly maid service.
The Breakfast is excellent and the Pizza is delicious.

The gardens are a nice size to take a stroll and take in the local wild life, flying fruit bats everywhere.

    Pleasant hotel.3 ***
