Very stupid and terrible service！！！pay 30$ for the VIP bus to send us from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap，time later 1 hour and finally we going a normal bus，no water no wifi no aircondition no food and terrible environment in bus，where is our VIP bus？where is my money? PS:holp everybody do not buy the service from this company！！

Forgot to pick us up, didn't answer contact number, had to get a tuk tuk to there office and they put us on a later service. While we were at the office my met another couple who they had also missed.

Please please please never ever use this bus company if you are a female! I was waken in this bus to realise I was being inappropriately groped by a menber of staff and left terrified for the remainder of the journey! STAY AWAY!!

The extra paid premium bus was a trap and a fraud. Normal bus with many unnecessary stops (8 hours for 220km). Book elsewhere.

Got cheated by them. Bought a ticket from Phnom Penh to Bangkok by bus from them and they told me its a direct bus and took 13hrs to reach Bangkok (Pratunam). But I ended up in a bad condition bus and it stops throughout the journey (pick up & drop-off passengers) and it took 10hrs to reach Pompei. And the worst of all the bus did not go all the way to Bangkok. The driver told me I have to grab myself another bus to cross the border and grab another bus to Bangkok myself. As he couldn't speak English I show him the ticket that I bought this ticket it's showing that is all the way to Bangkok (I paid USD30). I stop arguing as it is going nowhere. Its almost 6pm that time. Was totally drained out from the 10hrs journey, so I took a tuk tuk to the border, cross the border and lucky enough I manage to grab a van to Bangkok at the border from Thailand and it cost me another 250baht. "Sun Leang Express" DO NOT TRUST THEM

Their minivan driver destroyed my Aluminium tripod because he was so rude to our luggage, he broke of one foot of it although it was a really sturdy tripod. It was pure luck that he did not damage more of our stuff. Moreover we payed for a VIP van but we got a local bus that was very crowded.

The worst service ever! Tourist rip off! Scam! The owner lied to us more than 3 times. We booked Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and were told it's as fast as mini van. It was a lie and instead of arriving at 5.30pm (guaranteed to us) we arrived at 8pm. We asked if this is fast service with no stops - we were told it only stops 2 times for toilet break! Total lie - bus stopped more than 30 times. Sometimes 5 times in the same village. We were told the bus goes to city centre but the last stop was in the middle of nowhere. There was not even a Tuk tuk. Nothing. We were scared as it was already late. He charged us $15 for the local bus services which cost $5. The bus was awful, hot, old, dirty, no seat belts, stopping every 5mins to drop people or collect more passenger than the bus could contain (people sitting on the floor), it was nothing like a coach on their advertisement in the office. Stay away from them. Tourist rip off only!

I lost the bus because of them, they were supposed to pick me up at my hostel, but they didn't.
