  Zaman University (សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ហ្សាម៉ាន់) is a private university located in Phnom Penh city, Cambodia.
  
  The university was founded in 2010 by Ali Kokten, the former Chairman of Zaman International School (ZIS) (which has three campuses: nursery and kindergarten, primary school, and high school).

  One among top best university in Phnom Penh. School fee is very high to afford for most Cambodian people.

  One of the best private universities in Phnom Penh. The students are studying in a very nice and clean environment. There are modern and standard facilities in every classroom and also the library. The staffs and professors are really helpful. ZAMAN provides many scholarships annually to every undergraduate student and the students who've just finished their high school. The fee is higher than some other universities, but everything is well worth.
