We can buy van ticket to travel to Phnom Penh or to Bangkok.

Good bus company. If you shave booked a bus to Battambang like we did they do not start here. There is another office of Virak around 400-500m down the road, in the direction of Battambang. Staff here helped us to find the correct office.

Real nightmare with this virak... It supposed to be 9 hours on the way to phnompen .. But the bus stop with no reason in the middle of nowhere and pitch dark. It waste me 18 hours to arrive.
The customer services is like hell.. They not hesitate to hang up the phone if they can't speak english..
Really really not recommended...

Absolute night mare. Awful service. No help. Everyone is trying to get you in a vehicle or on one.a tuk tuk just took me 2 blocks tried to charge me 600baht and brought me to the wrong place. On behalf of the company. I was told 30 baht. I would give 0 stars if I could. Did not feel safe at all.

Worst nightmare!!!! I've been taking the bus with this company several times. And every single times they managed to messed things up. They started from the booking processed. Don't bothered book the tickets online coz most staffs have no clue of what they talking about. I gave them chances after the first few mistakes they made but the last strike I witness was that they over booked customers and there were 2 ladies ending up standing after the bus took off from Pnom Penh station. Even though there supposed to be Beds for these ladies and when they made complain to staffs guess what they response? They threat those ladies by pointing at her face and threat the girls that they would kick her out. Lost in translation is one thing, but treating customers like animals is another thing that is so UNACCEPTABLE!

Horrible ! You should NEVER Take this company
They gave us wrong informations then
Explained nothing even if you asked 10 times help. Also zero help at the border. They treated us like animals yelling at us because we took too much time going out of the bus. Refusing helping

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY IMPLEMENT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM AND ORGANIZE THEMSELVES!
We booked tickets 4 days in advance and at the last minute they sold our seats to someone else for no reason. They made a mistake, and refused to provide any refund despite their mistake.
Their buses and ferries are in decent condition and made for a good ride, but when they make a mistake, which happens with this company frequently, expect a total lack of customer service and lots of frustration.
Your transportation is good! Please fix your customer service policies and standards of organization!report this review
