  Booked sleeping bus from Siem Reap to Bangkok. Got to the station and they told us that the sleeping bus was broken, and we had to sit on a normal bus. Got no refunds or compansation. Staff wasn’t friendly either, except one man who tried to cheer us up. Would not recommend.

  If you have a chance to travel night time Phnom Penh - Poipet, best time to travel is 9:00pm big space for you to sleep while traveling plus only this time that has bathroom on the bath.

  DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY IMPLEMENT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM AND ORGANIZE THEMSELVES!
  
  We booked tickets 4 days in advance and at the last minute they sold our seats to someone else for no reason. They made a mistake, and refused to provide any refund despite their mistake.
  
  Their buses and ferries are in decent condition and made for a good ride, but when they make a mistake, which happens with this company frequently, expect a total lack of customer service and lots of frustration.
  
  Your transportation is good! Please fix your customer service policies and standards of organization!
