DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY IMPLEMENT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM AND ORGANIZE THEMSELVES!
We booked tickets 4 days in advance and at the last minute they sold our seats to someone else for no reason. They made a mistake, and refused to provide any refund despite their mistake.
Their buses and ferries are in decent condition and made for a good ride, but when they make a mistake, which happens with this company frequently, expect a total lack of customer service and lots of frustration.
Your transportation is good! Please fix your customer service policies and standards of organization!response / report this review -

A booking clerk seems nice and also possible pickup service at hotel.
