Not impressive on arrival, but it s cozy n cute. Room is very appealing and it s fun to enjoy the pool site. The breakfast is quite various and one can order by menue. English might be a bit a problem here, but anyway.

Tienen buenas instalaciones.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba adecuadamente y cuando hay 35°C se vuelve algo muy importante.
El restaurante no lo vimos funcionar.
No pudimos probar el desayuno debido que comenzaba 7:30 am, y en una ciudad como Siem Reap a esa hora hay que aprovechar para estar recorriendo.

There are many disappointing parts of this place. First of all, Nothing available to order on the food nor the drink menu- 3 to 5 menu were available to order out of about 50 options. A staff needed to go to the kitchen and check an availability every time we tried to order something. Second- an awful communication skill. Finally, we found the food menu that they can cook. Needless to say, it took a long time to get the food. However, they brought us wrong food and we asked the waiter the food that we ordered. The only response we got from the waiter was " I don't know". Afterwards, the waiter stared at us for a long time behind the bar. It was an uncomfortable and irritated experience.

Hôtel relativement neuf! Magnifique piscine, super petit déjeuner et grandes chambres! Le personnel est très appliqué et fera tout son possible pour trouver des solutions! Situé dans un environnement calme, le centre de Siem Reap reste accessible par tuk tuk en 5 minutes.
