  Impressive memorial to the victims of the Khmer Rouge. Be sure to walk completely around the Monument, reading all of the graphic, but very sad, descriptions of that time period. There is a lot of English language used, making for easy understanding for many travelers. We were there Sept. 2017.

  It's a powerful place, sad and triggering. But it is from this deep sorrow that one must move forward. Take a good 10 minutes to walk around and read the relief and the notes. Pay respect to the skulls and bones and all the spirits still around.

  Un lloc per recordar les barbaritats del govern dels khemers rojos i un homenatge a totes les víctimes. El monument no destaca pel seu valor artístic. La base del mateix és un conjunt de relleus on s'expliquen les diferents accions que va patir el poble cambodjà. La part central conté les restes de moltes víctimes. D'obligada visita per retre homenatge als morts del genocidi.

  Hard to review such a dark place. This is the site of a Khmer Rogue killing field. The site is in some disrepair, although the local community is working to remedy this. The site is also confronting - there are bones on display for the memorial of those killed.
